A private venue for institutional investors

How anonymity works

Built so a listing signals nothing.

Every design decision on the venue starts from one requirement: no listing can be traced to any member, by anyone.

Slices, never whole positions

Members list partial interests, and the venue encourages listing partial slices across the whole book. Because every member does the same, a listing carries no message about any one fund or any member's intent. Looking at one fund looks personal. Looking at the whole portfolio looks smart.

Ranges, never exact figures

Buyers see position sizes and values in ranges. Exact commitments, values, dates, and fractions never appear anywhere a buyer can see.

The venue picks the exact fraction

A member sets a band for each position. The exact listed fraction inside that band is selected by the venue, not the member. Even a member's own internal records cannot be matched against a listing by its numbers, because the member never chose the numbers.

Fund managers are excluded

Fund managers have no access to the venue. No listings, no membership information, nothing. A manager's only involvement in any transfer is the consent step its own fund documents require, and that step happens between the member and the manager on the member's own terms.

Membership is confidential in both directions

No member is told who the other members are. We describe the membership only in aggregate, and members agree to keep their own participation confidential.

Identity is revealed once, by you

A member's identity reaches a counterparty only when the member chooses to engage with that specific verified institution, under confidentiality obligations agreed before anything is shared.

A contractual backstop

Every participant agrees not to attempt to identify any member from listing details. Attempting it is grounds for suspension or removal from the venue.
